Journal of Childhood, Education & Society is not able to use plagiarism detection software to check a submission's originality. According to the Journal of Childhood, Education & Society plagiarism policy, every manuscript has to be checked by plagiarism checker software, either Turnitin or iThenticate. The plagiarism reports produced by the software are to be uploaded to our system along with the manuscript. Editors make the final decision according to the plagiarism reports. Authors might be asked to edit their manuscripts or manuscripts might be terminated from the process. All the responsibility of the manuscripts regarding plagiarism belongs to the authors.
However, manuscripts based on papers published at related conferences and workshops proceedings may be submitted for consideration provided that: the papers are not identical; the authors cite their earlier conference paper on which this new work is based; the journal publication includes clearly shown novel elements (e.g., more comprehensive experiments).
