    Teaching and Learning of Science during the Early Years

    Researchers are invited to submit a proposal of no more than 500 words to explain their proposed papers. The authors of selected proposals will be invited to submit a full paper, which will undergo a double-blind peer review by the editorial board members and external reviewers.

    The proposal submission can be sent to the following email address jces.editorial@gmail.com with the subject line Special Issue Early Science Education by March 1, 2021. The prospective authors will be notified by April 15, 2021, with full manuscripts due no later than July 15, 2021.

    We are delighted to invite submissions for volume 2 • issue 1 of the Journal of Childhood, Education & Society (JCES). Volume 2 • issue 1 will be published in February 2021.

    Submission deadline: 12 December 2020

    JCES is an international double-blind peer-reviewed academic journal that accepts research and critical review articles, and it is published semi-annually open access.  JCES is dedicated to the promotion and dissemination of international multidisciplinary research (e.g., education, psychology, sociology, health, social work, prevention, and intervention science). Thus, JCES welcomes highly scientific papers using qualitative, quantitative, mix and single-subject methodology, and focusing on the topics related to early childhood education, child development, family studies, teacher and professional development, and early childhood special education from birth through 8 years of age.
